Sales Strategy & Planning Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. As a business partner to our Senior Sales Leaders, you will analyze business rules, pilot new sales roles, optimize sales processes, and drive business growth through data insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics. You should be an effective communicator who can break down complex concepts into simple language. Proficiency in SQL queries, spreadsheet manipulation, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker) is required.

You will work closely with our Sales Leadership Teams to develop strategic initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to establish an analytical rhythm within the business
  • Partnering with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses
  • Becoming an expert in business and compensation rules
  • Conceptualizing and piloting new programs to test sales roles and compensation plans
