As a Business Line Manager at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for driving the sales of parts and services within our organization. You will develop and implement key account plans and strategies to drive profitability and sustainability, and lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory parts and services sales teams.

You will provide feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality, and conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities. With an understanding of customer business, operations, and processes, you will engage and take part in discussions and decisions for other functions. We offer a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from another location.

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and experience within sales management, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You should have knowledge of EHS practices and fluency in English, both verbal and written. As an inspiring leader, you will empower others and create a work environment that drives success.
