Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies to identify and close key target accounts.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and showcase the transformative power of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts with new clients and manage existing relationships.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German at a native or highly professional level and good English skills.
  • A track record of successfully managing temporary staffing arrangements and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented, with a focus on driving business outcomes and contributing to company success.
