Strategic Account Executive

Job Description
Unit4 is seeking a skilled New Business Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the medium enterprise market. This senior role involves developing a sales strategy to win new logo license sales and engaging internal teams to deliver complex sales cycles.
Key Expectations
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan to achieve specific revenue targets by selling Unit4's ERP Financial and HCM solutions into new prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
- Apply consultative selling skills to build strong relationships with customers and executive sponsors, resulting in successful sales outcomes.
- Present the benefits of Unit4's solutions to C-level executives, emphasizing business advantages and value propositions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in selling complex software solutions, with a strong background in ERP or financial SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of the Professional Service Organizations sector is an advantage, coupled with excellent understanding of business processes.
- Lively and enthusiastic personality, with leadership qualities and a solution sales mindset.
