Hale is a pioneering startup that's transforming the breathwork industry. We're on a mission to make breathwork a core part of people's daily routines, and we need a highly skilled Head of Sales to help us achieve this goal.
Job Description:- We're looking for a results-driven sales leader who can develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team to execute our go-to-market strategy effectively.
- You'll work closely with our marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution – Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
- Studio Licensing and Partnerships (B2B) – Build relationships with premium wellness studios, positioning Hale as the go-to breathwork licensing solution.
- App Subscription Growth (B2C) – Work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
- Corporate Sales and New Verticals – Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
