Consumer Sales Manager North Region

About the Position:
As a Senior Consumer Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the country sales mix and working closely with Product and Trade Marketing. Together, you will focus on A-segment, Goodyear ≥19", Light Truck, and execute the plan using available tools, such as assortment recommendation tools.
Your primary goal will be to drive short-midterm business planning processes, including creating a 50/50 balanced country demand forecast. You will also be responsible for providing pro-active guidance to country and hub leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management and strategical/tactical analytics.
In this position, you will lead the Customer Level Planning process, ensuring there is an aggregated view of the PBU MOR at Customer/Channel level supporting the ABP & AOP Processes. You will also work cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of the business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead short-midterm business planning processes, including creating a 50/50 balanced country demand forecast.
- Provide pro-active guidance to country and hub leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management and strategical/tactical analytics.
