Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Sales Manager to join our team in the North Region. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving short-midterm business planning processes and creating a 50/50 balanced country demand forecast.

You will provide fact-based sales assumptions and risks/opportunities while constructively challenging received market & channel inputs. Your role will also involve providing pro-active guidance to country and hub leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management and strategical/tactical analytics.

In this position, you will lead the Customer Level Planning process, ensuring there is an aggregated view of the PBU MOR at Customer/Channel level supporting the ABP & AOP Processes. You will also use a Continuous Improvement mindset to challenge existing planning processes, recommend leaner solutions, improve and automate essential activities while remaining focused on cross-functional and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive short-midterm business planning processes and create a 50/50 balanced country demand forecast.
  • Provide pro-active guidance to country and hub leadership on accomplishment of short & midterm aligned business plans through Risks & Opportunities management and strategical/tactical analytics.
