Regional Business Development Manager

Jackson Europe seeks a seasoned International Account Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales plans to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and drive business results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry.
- Regional management experience is highly valued.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish required.
- Familiarity with market dynamics in Northern Europe; knowledge of figure skating is a plus but not essential.
