Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Source and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams.
  • Develop a growth mindset: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Be a team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.

We're Looking for Someone with:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • 1-3 years experience.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in German and English.
