This presents an exciting opportunity for a local professional to help us build and shape the HR market in the region. Our growth is being led by Maria Böhrer, who has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive to the Sales Manager DACH during her time with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
- Develop a growth mindset: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Be a team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 1-3 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Deliver results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
