About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our growth team at Milkywire. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team that is passionate about driving change and supporting the scaling of solutions addressing global environmental challenges.
In this position, you'll have the chance to shape Milkywire's growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities. You'll be empowered to support outreach initiatives, collaborate closely with internal teams, and engage with potential clients and partners who are committed to sustainability and climate action.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted research and strategic outreach methods.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals that demonstrate Milkywire's solutions and support sales meetings to drive business growth.
- Identify key stakeholders at target companies and ensure effective outreach and engagement for relationship-building and strategic opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead-generation targets to support Milkywire's revenue growth and business development goals.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and workflows, supporting the continued success of lead generation efforts and future growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and sustainability challenges to guide outreach and ensure Milkywire's competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably within B2B environments.
- Manage and support the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in verbal and written English; fluency in additional languages such as Swedish, German, or French is a plus.
- Genuine passion for sustainability and the climate space.
