Sales and Business Development Opportunity
About the CompanyFour FM is a dynamic and growing company offering premium solutions in Facility Management. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth in the Nordic region.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our operational team to develop strategies that contribute to new customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Evaluate business opportunities for services within Facility Management for corporate clients.
- Proactively identify and create new business opportunities aligned with our company strategy.
- Develop and maintain a short-term and long-term pipeline of leads.
- Create and develop new business with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate and manage sales activities throughout the sales process, including qualifying business opportunities, pricing, and negotiations.
- Responsible for developing sales and bid documents and presentations.
- Travel within the Nordic region is required for this role.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in B2B sales and business development, with previous experience in service sales being an advantage.
A driver's license is required for this position.
