Overview of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing existing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. This role requires a commercially driven individual with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maximize the value of existing customers through proactive engagement and effective relationship building.
  2. Identify and pursue new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, ensuring alignment with client strategic goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand Funnel's footprint within the customer portfolio.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles.
  • Proven success with procurement and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
