Strategic Growth Manager

XBP Europe is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships across the Nordic region.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering support to the Northern Europe Sales organization during the sales and bid process.
- Acting as the project (bid) owner in providing solution proposals, functional specifications and pricing estimates to meet customer requirements.
- Providing alignment of proposal with Operations, Business Solution Group, IT and other departments involved e.g. HR, Finance.
- Analyzing and reflecting customer business requirements for both solutions and services we want to provide.
