Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and program satisfaction for Amazon's third-party sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop individual strategies for each Selling Partner, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
- Analyze customer data using analytical tools to produce business recommendations and actionable insights.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact using comprehensive Amazon knowledge.
- Support Selling Partners in executing strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational challenges.
- Foster trust with managed Selling Partners through close collaboration and delivering results.
- Educate Selling Partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPS based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
