We're seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team at Proposales AB. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer portfolios, onboarding new clients, and ensuring successful adoption of our product.

Your goal will be to drive expansion within your accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solution. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

You'll also provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales based on customer insights. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of driving growth, we'd love to hear from you

About The Role:
  1. Customer Onboarding: Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our product into clients' workflows.
  2. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and grow customer loyalty.
  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales strategies and product roadmaps with customer needs.
