Job Description

As an Account Manager - Renewals, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer relationships, including retention and growth. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic renewal plans to retain existing contract revenue.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted plans to achieve these goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and support to customers, driving product utilization and ROI.
  • Manage the entire renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support.
  • Support new sales initiatives into existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer engagement or sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Swedish is preferred but not required.
