Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a strategic-minded Strategic Account Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new revenue streams and opportunities to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM and marketing automation to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing and executing CRM and marketing automation strategies, with a track record of successfully leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving business growth by identifying new revenue streams and opportunities to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive business results.
- Leading and mentoring a team of CRM and Marketing Automation professionals.
Candidates must have robust understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM software, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using CRM and data analytics tools.
