Job Description:
Verve is a leading digital advertising company that has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize advertising. As a strategic and accomplished client services manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing high-value client relationships and overseeing complex portfolios.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own and expand a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients.
  2. Develop and execute advanced client success strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
  3. Act as a strategic consultant, providing in-depth industry insights and performance analysis.
  4. Collaborate closely with senior leadership across Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive innovation.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years (mid) or 5+ years (senior) of digital advertising experience in Customer Success.
  • Fluent English is a must, and Swedish language skills as an advantage.
  • Expertise in strategic account management, including growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms.
