Account Manager for New Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager for New Markets to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is a field-based position with significant travel both domestically and internationally. As the Account Manager for new markets in Sweden, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Swedish market.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to implement and align strategies and initiatives.
- Relationship Building
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel, to position our company as a preferred partner.
- Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Manager and Key Account Managers to drive satisfaction and collaboration opportunities.
- Market Insights & Strategic Alignment
- Actively collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving our products and initiatives.
- Share insights with the team and management to inform decision-making and enhance new therapy area programs.
- Coordinate with country managers to ensure strategic alignment, considering country-specific needs, regulations, and initiatives.
