Job Description
This is a field-based position with significant travel requirements. As a Key Account Manager for new therapy areas, you will be responsible for managing a specific region or territory. Your primary goal will be to enhance company awareness, value, effectiveness, and profitability through successful sales promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Promotion & Strategy Implementation: Enhance company awareness and value by implementing effective sales strategies and collaborating with regional and national stakeholders.
  2. Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel.
  3. Market Insights & Strategic Alignment: Collect customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving Santen's products and initiatives.
