New Business Growth Strategist

Role Summary
Unit4 is looking for a skilled New Business Account Manager to expand our presence in the medium enterprise market. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a sales strategy to acquire new customers and driving revenue growth through the sale of Unit4's ERP Financial and HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed sales plan to achieve targeted revenue goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and executive sponsors through consultative selling, resulting in successful sales outcomes.
- Present the benefits of Unit4's solutions to C-level executives, emphasizing business advantages and value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Professional Service Organizations sector and ability to understand business processes.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering results-driven sales performances.
