Company Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in the Swedish retail market. The successful candidate will be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers who are always striving to reach new heights and will report directly to the Head of Retail.
Sales Goals
The delivery of sales goals will be your primary responsibility, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth by searching for new opportunities and improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle key customer relationships and build strong partnerships with ICA and Coop.
- Owning the P&L for some of the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Coop).
- Prepare and drive the annual negotiations and operating plan for these accounts, negotiating and implementing promo plans.
- Optimize assortment, distribution, and rotation, including securing listings of new products to achieve growth ambitions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals.
- Forecasting
- Pricing
- Marketing plans ATL & BTL
- Cross-channel opportunities
- Innovate and Grow:
- Drive the business with a growth mindset and seize new opportunities to take the Nordics business to the next level.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus.
- +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is crucial.
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills.
