Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Develop and execute account plans to maximize retention, profitability, revenue growth, and market share in existing accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Foster partnerships with senior decision makers within accounts to sustain business revenue through renewal of agreements and maximize delivery of mutual value.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and onboard new customers by leading the account transition process from the Account Executive and ensuring that the solution is developed and implemented in alignment with the customer agreement.
- Implement solutions by overseeing the implementation of initiatives and programs, from program set-up and launch through execution, to ensure optimization of value for Blue Yonder and the customer and delivery to defined standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the enterprise software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
