Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize retention, profitability, revenue growth, and market share in existing accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Foster partnerships with senior decision makers within accounts to sustain business revenue through renewal of agreements and maximize delivery of mutual value.

Responsibilities:

  1. Setup and onboard new customers by leading the account transition process from the Account Executive and ensuring that the solution is developed and implemented in alignment with the customer agreement.
  2. Implement solutions by overseeing the implementation of initiatives and programs, from program set-up and launch through execution, to ensure optimization of value for Blue Yonder and the customer and delivery to defined standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the enterprise software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
