North EMEA Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Partner Account Manager to join our North EMEA team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our distribution channel presence in the region.
Main Objectives:- Meet Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned distributors.
- Develop Distribution Partners: Build strong relationships with distribution partners to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in distribution partner management or a related field.
- Distributor Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributor business models and sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and channel expansion.
