Nordic Sales Channel Developer

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Account Manager to join our Nordic sales team in Sweden. As a key member of our partner sales channel, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our partnerships with ECR providers, online actors, and member organizations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship building, strategic sales knowledge, and a strong understanding of the payment industry. You will be responsible for driving partner sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in Sweden and working closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our partner portfolio to ensure sales performance and growth
- Strategic partner planning including attractive marketing offerings and activities together with our partners
- Hunt for new partners – present our partner offering, sign up new partners and get them up and running
- Work closely with stakeholders and other business units internally to achieve business objectives
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives and increase the partners' overall satisfaction
- Follow established sales processes, document sales activities and ensure proper reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Partner Account Management or Key Account Management role
- Experience/understanding of working in an established partner program
- Full working proficiency in Norwegian and English is a requirement
- You master the Microsoft Office package, and you are excellent in Excel
- Previous experience from the Finance, IT, or Telecom industry is an advantage
- Previous experience from a large matrix organization is also an advantage
