Channel Growth Specialist - Emergency Care

This role requires a sales-focused partner manager or key account manager who can thrive in a fast-paced partner landscape. As the Indirect Channel Manager for Emergency Care Home & Public Nordics, you will be responsible for leading the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within the Nordics region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage business performance KPI's for the Home & Public portfolio in the Nordic region.
  2. Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).
  3. Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in the Nordics.
  4. Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in the Nordics.
  5. Channel the Nordics customer voice into upstream business propositions.
  6. Ensure consistent customer experience, value, and satisfaction in the Nordics.
  7. Develop relationships and represent Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGO's, key opinion leaders, and relevant trade associations.
  8. Identify change, regional trends, competitors' moves, and develop appropriate response plans.
  9. Be responsible for structuring strategic deals in the Nordics and preparing the appropriate business case.
  10. Develop and implement business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.
  11. Collaborate on the execution of the marketing plan.
