Key Job Responsibilities

The Radiation Oncology Business Developer will be responsible for driving business growth across the Nordic region by developing Elekta's installed base and increasing turnover within your geographical area.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions.
  2. Identify and qualify customer needs across Elekta's full product suite.
  3. Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows is preferred.
  • Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels, from technologists to C-level executives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Fluency in English and additional Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
