Strategic Business Leader for Nordics

About the Role:

The Indirect Channel Manager for Emergency Care Home & Public Nordics will be responsible for leading the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within the Nordics region. This role requires a sales-focused partner manager or key account manager who can thrive in a fast-paced partner landscape.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  1. Managing business performance KPI's for the Home & Public portfolio in the Nordic region.
  2. Setting and deploying performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).
  3. Directly managing the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in the Nordics.
  4. Driving consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in the Nordics.
  5. Channeling the Nordics customer voice into upstream business propositions.
  6. Ensuring consistent customer experience, value, and satisfaction in the Nordics.
  7. Developing relationships and representing Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGO's, key opinion leaders, and relevant trade associations.
  8. Identifying change, regional trends, competitors' moves, and developing appropriate response plans.
  9. Responsible for structuring strategic deals in the Nordics and preparing the appropriate business case.
  10. Developing and implementing business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.
  11. Collaborating on the execution of the marketing plan.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years commercial experience and customer satisfaction.
  • A strong track record of reaching business KPI's.
  • Proven experience of working with different business models and sales channels through partners challenging the status quo.
  • Solid experience in defining and deploying business plans with proven impact with partners.
  • Enjoy working in a large matrix organization and keeping stakeholders informed on the home & public business in the Nordics.
  • Experience within the Emergency Care business and distribution partners is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish. Additional other Nordic languages is a plus.
