Strategic Business Development Leader

We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team. As a Strategic Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers, and driving business growth.
In this role, you will lead strategic sales engagements from qualification to closure, selling solutions to meet complex IT and business requirements. You will manage large and complex deals from qualification to wins, analyzing Opportunity/RFI/RFP and defining a winning sales strategy that fits to client requirements/situation.
You will also effectively lead and motivate entire pursuit teams, a multidisciplinary sales and solution team, by establishing a 'winning spirit' in the deal team. You will structure and lead contract negotiations with clients.
