Executive Leader in New Business Development

We're looking for a talented Sales Leader to join our team, driving new business sales growth in their region and leading a high-performing sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business plan, leveraging their expertise to effectively Go-To-Market and outperform the competition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region, aligning with our business plan and collaborating with Sales Operations to drive results.
- Lead direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team excellence.
- Foster effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
- Manage indirect Digital Sales Teams, including Sales Development and Inside Sales teams, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at the C-Level.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, building long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment, driving sales process improvements and fostering collaboration among teams.
- Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement.
