Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Sweden. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across our commercial segment of customers and prospects. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that works closely with our clients to create value with our enterprise platform offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue across the territory. These sales strategies are captured in detailed Account Plans.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule.
  • Evangelize UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions by leveraging a value selling approach.
  • Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
  • Partner with the CSM team to ensure that customers receive maximum value and expedite customer issues as they arise.
  • Monitor our industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.

  • You have multiple years of solution/value selling SaaS experience directly with C-level for commercial Accounts across multiple industries.
  • You can communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution.
  • You have been successful in quota attainment YoY, growing a client portfolio, through new business acquisition as well as through account expansion.
  • You possess a high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally.
  • You have a strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership.
  • You provide valuable insights into how to improve the customer's business operations.
  • You have a research and data-driven approach to account planning.
  • You can proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions.
  • You possess highly developed critical thinking skills to solve customer problems and to bring deals to fruition when roadblocks are present.
  • You can sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case rather than feature and function.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
