  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  4. Be a problem solver, creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  5. Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
  6. Demonstrate value to customers by understanding their desired outcomes and delivering results that meet their expectations.
