Business Relationship Executive

As a Business Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
You will deliver personalized account management, identifying customer needs and aligning solutions from our extensive product portfolio. By positioning us as the preferred supplier, you will support customers in achieving their goals while driving mutual success across multiple product categories.
Key Objectives:- Create and deliver growth-focused plans that drive sales, profit targets, and customer satisfaction across the customer portfolio
- Identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to deploy our products effectively
To excel in this role, you will require experience of working in a similar position, ideally within a multi-channel B2B environment. You should have MRO, OEM, and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness, as well as fluency in Swedish and communicative English.
