Strategic Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in B2B enterprise software sales and be able to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You will play a key role in rebuilding our Swedish office and help foster a culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Swedish enterprises
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial strategy and ensure effective execution
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
- Strong lead generation and outreach skills with the ability to proactively create opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders from analysts to the C-suite
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability: self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role
