Business Expansion Executive

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Business Expansion Executive to join our European team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence in the Nordic region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at current and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess market needs.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends and changes, ensuring that our products meet evolving customer demands.
  • Prepare and present executive summary reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of technical sales and customer management experience.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a global network of professionals.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with a strong desire to achieve goals.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across functions.
