Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Market Growth Leader to spearhead the expansion of our business in Norway. As a key member of our Nordic region team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building client relationships, and shaping our market presence.

As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market. Your focus will be on opening this new market and securing growth, with support from the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain trustful relationships with key clients, negotiate, and close high-impact deals.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company's long-term strategy and supporting regional initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Manage and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Nordic region and global teams to share best practices and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, with a founder's mentality and a passion for achieving results.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Norwegian is essential, and fluent English is required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Traits: Resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and dynamic, with a competitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
