Job Role:

The Relationship Manager will focus on expanding our existing Enterprise customers, driving revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. This includes building long-term strategic relationships, managing renewals, and developing strategies for scalable customer expansion.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the expansion of existing Enterprise customers
  • Develop and manage a continuous pipeline for new expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers worldwide
  • Use data to drive decision-making and assess business opportunities

Available Resources:

  • Collaboration with Marketing and Product teams for lead generation
  • Support from Marketing and Sales teams for analysis and tactics
  • Access to Sales Development Representatives for lead qualification
  • Utilization of professional CRM and data gathering services

Essential Skills:

  • Proven SaaS sales experience
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
