We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business outcomes for our clients.
Key Qualifications
- Succeeded in a 'closing' role, either in sales or customer success (renewals, expansions, cross-sales, upsells, and churn prevention) at a B2B SaaS/fast-growth company
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio
- Been in a managerial role (but not everyone on the team has)
