Deliverables
* Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's business operations and pain points
* Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify areas for improvement
* Create a customized digital transformation roadmap that addresses the customer's specific needs
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers
Requirements
* At least 4 years of experience in marketing positions or with CRM
* Previous experience from consultancy or specialist positions within market communication
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
