Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Customer Success department at Teamtailor AB. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of 20 Customer Success Managers, working closely with the Head of Customer Success to drive results. Key responsibilities include overseeing team operations, setting and achieving goals, monitoring KPIs, and leading projects to improve team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the team's day-to-day activities to ensure efficient task completion.
* Set and achieve goals for your team and individual members, collaborating with the Head of Customer Success.
* Monitor KPIs with your team, individuals, and overall, in conjunction with the Head of Customer Success.
* Lead and delegate projects, coach team members, and provide guidance to support their growth.
* Support team members with customer and internal cases.
* Play a key role in developing the North Europe markets, driving success for both customers and Teamtailor.
* Ensure smooth collaboration with all departments within Teamtailor.
* Initiate projects to improve team performance and development, as well as the Customer Success department.
