We are seeking a Department Manager for our Makeup department at our Stockholm store. This is a full-time temporary position from August 2024 until the end of July 2025.

As a Department Manager, you will lead the Makeup department team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will also manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising displays, and coach and develop team members to improve their performance and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols
  • Conduct regular product knowledge training sessions for team members
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales potential
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize stockroom efficiency
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and skills

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management
  2. Strong communication and leadership skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Proficient in Swedish and English
