Customer Retention Specialist

The Customer Retention Specialist plays a critical part in ensuring the long-term success of our customers. As a key member of the account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic renewal plans to retain existing contract revenue within defined customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the retention strategy for assigned accounts by building and executing a renewal plan that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Provide regular updates to the manager on high-risk renewal accounts and propose strategies to address these risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored training and support, driving product utilization and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Support new sales initiatives into existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our systems, communicating primarily via phone and email.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer engagement or sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Swedish is preferred but not required.
