About the Role

The Customer Retention Specialist plays a critical part in ensuring the long-term success of our customers. As a key member of the account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic renewal plans to retain existing contract revenue within defined customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the retention strategy for assigned accounts by building and executing a renewal plan that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to the manager on high-risk renewal accounts and propose strategies to address these risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored training and support, driving product utilization and maximizing ROI.
  • Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Support new sales initiatives into existing accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our systems, communicating primarily via phone and email.
Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer engagement or sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Swedish is preferred but not required.
