About the Role

The Head of Customer Retention will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive CRM and Marketing Automation strategies to drive customer retention and increase customer lifetime value. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM software, as well as exceptional analytical skills and project management abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM and Marketing Automation strategies to increase customer retention
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM and Marketing Automation professionals
  • Define, monitor, and analyze critical metrics and KPIs
  • Challenge and improve overall customer experience to boost retention rates
