Mentimeter AB is a dynamic and innovative technology company that empowers organizations to create engaging and interactive experiences. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer success across our Enterprise client base.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer success and relationship management to drive growth and retention for our Enterprise clients. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers to develop and implement strategies for retention and growth, ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of Mentimeter.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of key accounts, providing strategic guidance on how Mentimeter can help customers reach their objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with Account Executives, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
