Nordic Channel Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team in the Nordics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its key segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
