We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team in the Nordics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its key segments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
