Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth in the Nordic Food environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing Channel Strategy: Develop clear and achievable customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the Nordic Personal Health business.
  2. Driving Performance: Ensure that execution of strategies and plans are driving sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.
  3. You Are a Part of:
  4. The Nordic Personal Health organization, being one out of eight Key Account Managers, reporting to the channel leader of Food PH Nordic and working in a network of various stakeholders based across the Nordic and Western European countries and functions (Marketing, Trade Shopper, Logistics, Finance).

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:

  • Strategic sales experience in FMCG sector.
  • Capable of translating customer strategies, building relationships, and opening doors.
  • Ability to inspire and coach others.
  • Being able to see and understand market dynamics and translate into opportunities.
