Nordic Food Environment Key Account Manager

Philips is committed to providing quality healthcare to everyone, everywhere. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Nordic commercial team.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementing Channel Strategy:
- Develop clear and achievable customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the Nordic Personal Health business.
- Nurture and develop existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Driving Performance:
- Ensure the execution of strategies and plans drives sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.
- Grow our Green logo products in the channel, increasing market share and revenue.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade Shopper, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and plans.
Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to build strong relationships and drive business results.
Requirements and QualificationsStrategic Sales Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic sales, with a track record of driving growth and revenue in the FMCG sector.
Customer-Facing Skills:
- Ability to translate customer strategies into actionable plans, building strong relationships and opening doors for growth.
- Capacity to inspire and coach others, driving a customer-first attitude across the team.
Market Insight and Analysis:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into opportunities for growth.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
