As a Business Partner Specialist at Lindt & Sprüngli, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and securing profitable sales within the Swedish Grocery market. Your primary responsibility will be to manage one of our key customers, fostering close and long-term relationships with key contacts in their organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager from FMCG, preferably working with large grocery trade accounts. You should possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to provide engaging customer service. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.

You will work closely with the Head of Grocery Channel to establish short and long-term objectives and strategies for your assigned key account(s). Ensuring the company's preferred supplier status is secured and strengthened will be a top priority. Additionally, you will develop and execute profitable trade campaigns, monitor customer development, and evaluate market conditions and competitive activities.
