Job Summary
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities globally. This role involves proactive outreach through direct calling, email, and onsite meetings to understand clients' current and future connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities within a global sales territory.
- Build strong relationships with Key Decision Makers to position Cogent's connectivity solutions as the preferred choice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of telesales experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and research.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
